Established in 1999 by hospitality-industry leader Judi Gallagher, Judi Gallagher & Associates is a full-service hospitality consulting firm. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Judi Gallagher & Associates provides global, cost-effective, and innovative approaches to enhance your business exposure through proven successful public relations strategies.

Judi Gallagher & Associates is led by Judi Gallagher, a noted restaurant and hotel consultant, food and wine editor, and television personality. A Johnson and Wales graduate, Judi began her career as the owner of several successful Boston-area restaurants. After selling her restaurants and highly reputable dessert company, Judi launched her consulting business in an effort to share her knowledge of the hospitality industry with others. She works with a wide variety of clients, including national hotel companies and restaurants, boutique inns, shopping centers and fractional ownership resorts. Judi also regularly contributes to many local and national magazines, radio and television programs. Judi’s impeccable work in the industry has led to her reputation as a tastemaker and trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Judi Gallagher & Associates welcomes the newest team member- Emily Lane. A fourth-generation Floridian with an adventurous palate, Emily Lane grew up eating gourmet meals made by her self-taught father and hanging out at his side in the kitchen. Her mom taught her kitchen basics like baking and how to make a roux, cut a whole chicken, and cook pasta al dente (not by throwing it at the wall!) She was making family dinners by the age of eight and today, she grows her own herbs, binge-watches the Food Channel, and chases content online to expand her culinary knowledge. A Sarasota resident since 2002 with a lifelong career using her writing and communication skills, Emily has a 20-year-old daughter and loves cooking, reading, learning, culture, and the great outdoors. Judi Gallagher & welcomes Emily Lane as Senior writer for our company, or as Judi Gallagher, President said… ‘Emily is an all around talent that lends herself to clients needs in editing and assistant media relations.
